A local engineering firm came to us with a problem that affects many waste treatment plants here in Northern Ireland, Stainless Manufacturing Systems have re-designed these gearbox shafts along with our Ceramic Coating at the end of the job to mainly protect the shaft from the elements at the seafront, also when a service is due, these shafts can be removed without issue due to the non stick / protected surface that the cerakote has created on these 304 grade Stainless Steel shafts.
Andy at Kotec has provided the best service I could have hoped for - not only allowing me to trial Cerakote products but suggesting it in the first place. Not only are the aesthetics greatly improved with Cerakote, but the protection is better - where other products had been marking, chipping, and dulling due to prolonged periods in a sprung mount, Cerakote does not.
