A local engineering firm came to us with a problem that affects many waste treatment plants here in Northern Ireland, Stainless Manufacturing Systems have re-designed these gearbox shafts along with our Ceramic Coating at the end of the job to mainly protect the shaft from the elements at the seafront, also when a service is due, these shafts can be removed without issue due to the non stick / protected surface that the cerakote has created on these 304 grade Stainless Steel shafts.
Just a quick review of the parts that I got done in Cerakote by Kotec in Islandmagee, These parts from a clio Williams were in dire of some attention, after having several chats/emails with Andy, I was more than happy to leave the parts with him to work his magic, they came back even better than I thought and after nearly 5000 hard miles during last year they have stood up to the task in hand.
I will be certainly be back for more Cerakote when the time arises. Thanks again and keep up the great work.
