A local engineering firm came to us with a problem that affects many waste treatment plants here in Northern Ireland, Stainless Manufacturing Systems have re-designed these gearbox shafts along with our Ceramic Coating at the end of the job to mainly protect the shaft from the elements at the seafront, also when a service is due, these shafts can be removed without issue due to the non stick / protected surface that the cerakote has created on these 304 grade Stainless Steel shafts.
Andy did a top-quality job with an extremely fast turnaround. Andy filled me with the confidence of his work before I had got the parts Cerakoted, he showed me a range of colours and even let me test the durability of the coating (which I was extremely impressed with). I was also told if I had any problems or if I was unhappy to bring the parts back to resolve any problems but I didn't need this as the job was perfect!
I would recommend Kotec to anyone needing Cerakoting or any other type of painting. I am so happy with the job. I am bringing more parts down this month for Andy to Cerakote.
